Are there any lock-ins, security deposit or any other charges?+–

There are no other charges – the prices are inclusive of all amenities and facilities. There are no lock-ins. A security deposit equivalent to 1 months rent is needed. The payment terms may vary in case you need any customisation made to the workspace
